Service Department

Tony Lipeika has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is an expert in HVAC design/build for renovation, retro fit, and new installation. His area of expertise also includes; direct digital controls, equipment maintenance, trouble shooting units, and servicing a wide variety of equipment types.

Plumbing Department

Richard Kilmer has 16 years of experience in plumbing and heating construction and service installations. He has been with Sarracco for 14 years.

Electrical Department

Donald Emanuel Jr. has 21 years of experience in the electrical industry including; commercial, industrial, institutional, and service work. His expertise is in power structure and lighting design. He also has many years of experience with troubleshooting and solving a wide variety of electrical problems. Donald has been with Sarracco since 1990.

Security and Fire Alarm Division

Raymond Giordano has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. His specialty is electrical engineering and security design for commercial, industrial, institutional, and service installations. 

Design Engineer

Robert Hoebel has 22 years of experience in project and design engineering and is a Connecticut Licensed Professional Engineer.
