Project Scope:
We removed an existing chiller, economizer, and pump station and installed a new 100 Ton Thermal Care Chiller, Pumping Station and roof mounted Dry Fluid Cooler.
We were responsible for removing and reinstalling all fencing, new concrete work, and the building of a new roof enclosure for the pump station. All new equipment was tied into a new Siemens control system that we installed which permits the client to control the entire system through a touch pad. All work was done while not interrupting the plants 3 shifts of production. The new equipment will be a substantial energy savings for the client that will allow them to reinvest in further plant upgrades.
