Safety

Safety is our number one priority

All of our field workers, construction and service technicians, and apprentices have their OSHA 10-hour Outreach training at a minimum. All foremen have completed their OSHA 30 Hour Outreach training.

All trades are licensed which include plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, and service technicians.

We hold manufacturer training on various brands of equipment as needed. All licensed plumbers and electricians have state mandated continuing education requirements that they must complete. We also hold in house training for all trades on pertinent safety topics as needed including yearly safety refresher training.

We hold a CT Contractor License for:

• S1 – Heating Piping and Cooling
• P1 – Plumbing and Pipe Fitting
• E1 – Electrical
• F1 – Fire Protection

Seth has over 10 years experience in the construction safety field. He started in NYC high rise construction and has various certifications from FDNY and the NYC Dept. of Buildings. Seth is also an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for Construction and holds an OSHA 30 Outreach training card for General Industry.
